Interesting to see the profiles of so many classmates. I'm married and we have one son. I obtained my BA from UofR in 1974 and my PhD from Vanderbilt in Biology (1979). I then did Postdoctoral work at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. I joined the faculty at Case Western followed by positions at several biotech firms in Chicago and Portland Maine developing diagnostic assays for infectious diseases. Thirty plus years ago, I learned how to play Old Time music on a banjo, and I've kept at it. I have a sailboat and I use it daily, weather permitting here in Maine. I won't make the reunion, but I'd like to hear from 1970 classmates.
